Join special class with Prof. Stuart Milner, a research professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, USA. His research has been conducted in the areas of communication networks for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and autonomous reconfiguration and control in directional wireless networks. In addition, he provides research and development support as a consultant to universities in Australia through his company, SMILNERS, Inc. Previously, he was a program manager at the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Stu is a member of Beth Sholom Congregation in Potomac, MD.
